Our leadership team bring decades of diverse experiences to the table and are supported by an extremely talented and equally experienced team of associates and partners. Our team is full of personality but not egos – that’s part of the aliud way. There’s no bland corporate headshots to see here – just photos of our team in their very own ‘happy place’.
Kieran Earnshaw
Head of Consulting
Kieran is a highly experienced technologist with over 25 years spent across consulting and industry (banking & insurance). Prior to founding aliud Kieran was a Partner in a 'Big 4' firm and led the technology advisory team in Sydney. He also spent time in EY's data & analytics business, a boutique forensics consulting business and led IBM's information management consulting business in Australia & New Zealand. His industry experience covers strategy, architecture, engineering, major programs and operations.
With 21 years spent in major consulting firms Kieran has been there, seen it and done it. He's seen the decline in focus on the client and quality and seen complacency take root. He established aliud to show that it can be done better.
Kieran has played several sports at a high level and combined his corporate career with a successful professional Thai kickboxing career for several years.
Paul Donohue
Chief Architect
Paul is an enterprise architect with a huge amount of experience gained across more than 30 years in financial services (banking and insurance). Prior to joining aliud Paul was the lead enterprise architect for an ASX:20 financial services group.
Paul has a wealth of experience spanning guiding major legacy transformation programs such as core banking replacement, legacy policy administration transformation and supporting a bold, whole of business move towards becoming a financial services 'platform' business.
During his time in this role Paul was responsible for the establishment and management of architecture capability and practices and guiding major transformation programs. The organisation's architecture capability was recognised as industry-leading by the banking regulator.
Paul is QLD based, lives out in the sticks, is an EV enthusiast and Starlink customer.
